- • You are responsible for obtaining appropriate patient consents
- • You must maintain your professional licenses and credentials
- • All documentation must be reviewed and verified for accuracy
6. Payment Terms and Billing
6.1 Subscription Fees
Use of Anvahi requires a paid subscription. Fees are:
- • Billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- • Non-refundable except as required by law
- • Subject to change with 30 days notice
- • Due on your designated billing date
6.2 Payment Processing
Payment is processed securely through third-party payment processors. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all fees incurred.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anvahi's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. You remain responsible for all charges incurred before termination.

We may terminate your account for:
